Yes, that’s right people. Namely, this is the exact same federal judge that prohibited the implementation of the first executive temporary ban of 7 Muslim-majority countries’ immigrants from the United States until adequate vetting could be conducted.
The states that are at this moment giving their best in a legal war to trigger the first immigration order sought to have Judge Robart’s preliminary injunction published last month, seek to retroactively implement itself to the new version of the president’s order too. Judge Robart denied that. But, the legal conflict is far from done and the neither are the legal obstacles that President Trump’s immigration order will confront.
