Illegal wiretapping carries a penalty of up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine per instance.
As I stated in an earlier article, if these allegations are found to be true, the only way Obama could possibly defend his actions would be to tie them into an action under the Department of Homeland Security.
My best guess is Obama and company would somehow try to tie all of this into the alleged Russian hacking theory that has never even had a thread of evidence to support it.
I believe this wiretapping would have been an outright violation of Trump’s privacy and was nothing more than a way for the Dems to spy on Trump to discover his election strategies.
The Dems knew they were in trouble and Hillary was losing ground at that point, as this wiretapping would have been right around when the FBI announced it was re-opening the Hillary email investigation and when Clinton was taking a massive hit in the polls. Obama’s legacy was at stake, and I believe he would have tried anything to save it at this point.
And while doing something so unethical would not have even been considered by any other president, Obama’s hubris leads me to believe he did this confidently thinking he would never be caught.
Something needs to be done to teach these Democrats a lesson and the best place to start is by bringing down Obama and ending this shadow government in the process.
So, yes, Mr. President, get the Department of Justice on this ASAP and let’s bring their entire house of cards down!
